She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, James, Mabel Benson, Robert McKinney, William and Hazel McKinney.

She is survived by: her parents, Jeffrey Edward Benson and Sharon E. Benson (White) of Huntingdon; her sister Ella Grace Benson; her grandparents, James, Dorothy Benson of Huntingdon, Thomas and Nancy White of Mill Creek; her great-grandparent Lillian McKinney of Huntingdon; her aunts and uncles, Michael, Nikki Benson, Debra Bliss (John) and Scott White (Karen Rush); her cousins, Michael, Britney, Devin, Kaci, Kellynn and Corey; and also Michael Cordle of Huntingdon.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in remembrance of Hope Elizabeth Benson may be made to the John B. Brown Funeral Home, P.O. Box 242, Huntingdon, PA 16652, to assist the family with final expenses, or to The Center for Autism Research, Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 2716 South St. #5, Philadelphia, PA 19104, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
