She was predeceased by: her father Glenn Houp; and her niece Christiana. She is survived by: her mother Linda Houp (Lawson); her husband Bruce "Chip" Lewis; her children, Melinda Nicholas and Chandler Lewis; her sisters, Tereasa Shepherd (Doug) and Sandra McCall (Ken); her nieces and nephews, Amanda, Juliana, Stephen, Andrew, Giana, Zoe, Eisele, Ezekiel and Leah; and her close friend Kelly Rodgers.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
