He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter A. Keller and Margaret Keller Neary (Stake). He is survived by: his wife Helen Beatrice (Kemp); his daughter Carolyn Ann Payne (Keller) of Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Robert Anthony "Tony" (Jennifer), Melanie Ann (Ronald Port Jr) of Alexandria, Nicholas Antony (Aubrey) and Joshua Aaron (Abby); his great grandchildren, Kyle (Carrie), Colin, Rachael, Lauren and Gretchen Payne; his grandchildren, John Robert II, Ian, Evan Hawn, Kaitlin, Ethan Port, Everett, Adelyn Payne, Maelyn, Katelyn Payne, Haidyn and Kendal Carlin; his great great grandchildren, Cora and Lincoln Payne; and his niece Lynne Fireman (Hefright) of Florida. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
