He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest B. "Yock" Heine Sr. and Sara Dougherty. He is survived by: his wife Kay Miller; and his children, Sandra Bair of Huntingdon, Kurt C. Heine (Leslie) of Ottsville, Robert "Chip" Briggs (Mary) of Huntingdon, Bruce W. Heine (Anne) of Bixby, Oklahoma and Theodore M. Heine of Montara, California.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
