He is survived by: his children, Paula J. Shipley (Howe) of Macomb, MI, Jessica R. Meldrum (Glenn) of Gilbert, AZ, Beth Ann Howe of Albuquerque, NM and Edwin T. Howe (Pamela) of Lancaster, PA; his granddaughter Kristin Valenza (Michael); his children, Matthew and Maria Howe; his great grandchild Vincenzo Valenza; and his brother James R. Howe of Smithfield Township, Huntingdon..
