Smith of Huntingdon; his grandchildren, Tracy Stoltz, Jeffrey Lewis, Cory Focht and Ellissa Lane; his great grandchildren, Jordan, Tanner, Ethan, Chase, Korrin, Harper, Chelsey and Tyler; and his great great grandchild Addison.
