She was predeceased by: her parents, John Gilliland and Delores Gilliland (Gill); and her siblings, Terry Gilliland, Steve Gilliland and Debbie Gilliland Poe.
She is survived by: her daughter Elizabeth McWhirt; her granddaughter Caroline McWhirt; her brother John Gilliland (Teresa); and her close friend Terry "Skip" Rinker.
