With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Skinner (Huntingdon, Pennsylvania), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on July 23, 2019 at the age of 90. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Barbara Skinner to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alan Penn and Katherine Penn Field (Barlow); and her husband Vincent A. Raaf. She is survived by: her children, Gail A. Hofmeister (David) of Spotsylvania, VA and David B. Raaf (Marian) of Lake Ozark, MO; her grandchildren, Beth C. Hofmeister of New York, Wendy H. Menachery (Vineet Menachery) of Texas, Ryan D. Hofmeister (Danielle) of Virginia and Benjamin Raaf of Kansas; her great grandchildren, Cole, Davis, Sally and Luca; and her stepchildren, Terry K. Skinner of Laurel Springs, NJ and Valerie J. Skinner of Runnemede, NJ. She is also survived by five step- grandchildren; and a number of step-great-grandchildren.
