He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Schrope and Helen Schrope (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Gayle Schrope; his children, Wendy Szandrocha (Doug), Bill Schrope, Jr. (Mary), Laurie Shea (late Eric) and Ken Schrope (Leigh); his grandchildren, Bill Davies, Chad Davies, Leah Rosling, Bill Schrope III, Randi Shea, Mike Shea, Scott Shea, Kenny Schrope and Dylan Schrope; and his sisters, Mary Ann Franklin and Nancy Bunch.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
