He was predeceased by: his daughter Mary Kate Marlow; his parents, Thomas J. Marlow Sr. and Anne McCorriston Marlow; and his sister Kathleen Giordano (Marlow). He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Mary; his wife Lori; his children, Tom Marlow, Taylor, Gary and Zachary Wielgus; his siblings, MaryAnne Tucker (Harry) and John Marlow (Denise); and his brother-in-law Dennis Giordano. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the Marion Bolger Recreational Program, c/o St., David's Church 316 Easton Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
