He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Foy and Helen Foy; and his sisters, Kate Fischer and Regina Foy. He is survived by: his wife Jane; his grandchildren, Christine, Michael Kelly, Nolan, Shannon, Karyn, John White, Kelsey, Kyra, Lily, Brianna, Susan, Dritan Kolonja, Kathryn, ElaSofie, Mark, JoAnn, Robert Roth, Julia, Samantha, Thomas and Emily; and his siblings, Rita Muller (Bob), Pat Corbett (Joe) and John. He is also survived by his family, the cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dick's name may be sent to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church.
