She was predeceased by: her parents, Mollie and Philip. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Horwitz; her daughter Phyllis Ivey (Brian); her stepson Lance Horwitz (Susan); her grandchildren, Jessica, Jason Ivey, Daniel Horwitz (Miye) and Julie Horwitz (Frank Nelson); her great grandchildren, Jonah, Caleb Horwitz and Oscar Nelson; and also Lance.
