He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janet; his children, David A. Welsh, Suzanne M. Welsh (Joe), Sheryl Welsh and Stephen Welsh (Amy); his grandchildren, Christine, Jennifer, Tyler, Connor, Drew, Emily, Alexander and Jonathon; and his great grandchildren, Jax and Reed.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Americans United for Life would be greatly appreciated.
