It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Slaven Jr. (Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 5, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Slaven Sr. and Margaret Slaven; his wife Gloria Slaven; and his sister Patricia Cirone. He is survived by: his children, John Joseph Slaven III (Linda) and Suzanne Mody (Sanjiv); his stepson Joseph J. Tomaszewski (Kathy); his grandchildren, Jennifer Keenan, John Keenan (Chaiy), Theresa Santiago (Angel), John Slaven, Jason Slaven, Laura Mody, Julia Mody and Sara Mody; and his siblings, Margaret Oakes, Joan Wilks, Thomas Slaven (Mary) and Steven Slaven (Kathy). He is also survived by six nephews and six nieces.
