She was predeceased by: her spouse J. William O'Neill; her parents, Edward Charles Conrad and Susan Lippencott Todd Conrad; and her brother Charles Edward Conrad. She is survived by: her children, Kevin William O'Neill (Charlene), Todd Wilson O'Neill and Susan Nell Michell (Robert); and her grandson Loghan William Michell. She is also survived by her children and her beloved grandson.
