With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Case Adams (Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 8, 2019 at the age of 36. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Adams and MaryAnn Adams (Devine); and his brother Michael Adams. He is survived by: his sister Amy Adams; his nephew Michael Miller; and his niece Emma Miller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
