He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Weaver and Helen Weaver (Matheys); his former wife Helen D. Weaver (Sink); his wife Mary Louise Weaver (Houseman); his son Kenneth A. Weaver; his grandson Eric D. Weaver; and his brothers, Charles Jr., Harold and Ronald Weaver.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Barra (Robert) of Belle Vernon, Dave Weaver (Cheryl Matyas) of Charleroi, Cathy Henderson of Monessen, Christine Falbo (James) of Freeport and Dale Weaver of Monaca; his grandchildren, Marcus Harris, Jeffrey Henderson, Kristen Henderson, Brad Urwin, Ryan Urwin, Jordan Urwin, Sean Corkery, Leanna Wilson, Scott Weaver, Sydney Weaver and Eve Falbo; and his stepchildren, Melvin Houseman, Ron Houseman (Kathy), Kathy Cossell (Richard) and Jacqueline Adams (John). He is also survived by numerous step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
