He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert K. Cottingham and Judith A. Williams Cottingham. He is survived by: his children, Aaron M. Cottingham of Hummelstown and Alyson L. Cottingham of Hummelstown; and his siblings, Robert T. Cottingham of Hummelstown, Tamara L. Annibali (Tony J.) of Palmyra and Lisa D. Myers (Bryce) of Hummelstown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
