He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Wagner and Anna Wagner (Snyder); and his grandson Kerry L. Rhine. He is survived by: his children, Donna J. Rhine (late Gary) of Hershey, Diane J. Weikel (Kenneth) of Fredericksburg, Scott T. Finney (Arlene) of Harrisburg, Vicki E. Kulina (James) of Hummelstown and Georgia J. Kreiser of Palmyra; his grandchildren, Kathy L. Sicher (Christopher), Terri N. Walsh (Glen), Tara N. Chapman (Michael), Shelli Hellenthal (Cory), Jodi Finney (Thomas Phillips), Kiley L. Strohm (Brad), Kellie M. Kulina, Nicole L. Wells (Bryce) and Tyler M. Kreiser; and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Ethan, Alex, Ryan, Allison, Brody, Sophia, Rowan, Julian, Quinn, Hunter, Chase and Leo.
