He was predeceased by: his parents, S. Walter Foulkrod, Jr. and Rachel C. Foulkrod. He is survived by: his significant other Patricia Glatfelter Foulkrod (Trish); his children, S. Walter Foulkrod, IV (Scott), Andrew Foulkrod (Vanessa) and Jennifer Heilman (Jonathan); and his stepchildren, James McQuaid (Kristin) and Anne McQuaid. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and a great-granddaughter.
