He is survived by: his father Brent Schultz; his stepmother Joan Schultz (Strobel) of Annville; his mother Karen Schultz (Meeske) of Omaha, Nebraska; his sister Kaitlyn Schultz of Annville; and his grandparents, Don Schultz of Sioux City, Iowa, Keith Meeske of Beatrice, William Strobel and Patricia Strobel of Harrisburg.
