He is survived by: his parents, Sophal Phe and Thach Seng; his children, Carter Phe of Harrisburg, Nikada Phe of Harrisburg and Kimberly Nguyen of Harrisburg; and his siblings, Niki Pich (Chanbora) of Hummelstown, Sambo Phe (Vanthy) of Harrisburg and Sambatt Phe (Sokty Sous) of Hummelstown.
