It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Van Winkle of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 27, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Launse and Sarah M. Stoudt Launse; and her husband Glenn K. Van Winkle. She is survived by: her daughters, Sherrie Brandt (Samuel) of Middletown and Annette Foster (George) of Columbia, MD; her sister Gloria J. Jones of Philadelphia; her granddaughters, Sarah Vogel, Heather Arbogast (Gregory) and Nicole Battista (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Layton, Emma Arbogast, Amelia Battista and Kalieb Chortenoff; and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
