She was predeceased by: her former husband Paul E. Snyder; her husband Carl "Curly" E. Billow; and her siblings, Catherine M. Mahek, Hilda Frantz Yingst, Dorothy Steckman, Julia Derr, Helen Elizabeth Swanger Manchester, Mary Jane Thomas, Barbara A. Day, Steven C. Mahek, Thomas Baker Mahek, William L. Mahek and Ray M. Mahek, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughter Paula G. Jiao of Hummelstown; her granddaughters, Jessica Jiao Smith, Hawley Smith, III of Jacksonville, FL and Monica Jiao Ream of Palmyra; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Michael Sitler of Palmyra, Stratten Ruth of Jacksonville, FL, Georgia Grace of Jacksonville, FL and Holmes Elizabeth Smith of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
