He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Hartman and Grace Hartman (Simon) of Lebanon, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hartman (Swartz); his children, Robert P. Hartman, Jr. of Hummelstown and Debra Locke; and his siblings, Leroy Hartman of Lebanon and MaryLou Wernsdorfer. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
