He was predeceased by: his parents, John I. Fox and Agnes Hoffman Fox; his wife Doris Duralja Fox; and his brothers, John W. Fox and Richard E. Arnick.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan D. Atwood of Hummelstown and Sandra K. Fox of Palmyra; and his grandchildren, Matthew Atwood of Middletown and Rebecca Gerlach (Jon) of Manheim.
