He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Peters and Alice Slough Peters; and his wife Glenda K. Moore Peters. He is survived by: his children, Lawrence E. Peters (Anita) of Mechanicsburg and Lynne A. Shellenberger of Mechanicsburg; his stepdaughter Jennifer L. Bale (Bill) of Annville; his grandchildren, Jessica Root, Lisa Clapper (Jason), Bryan Taylor (Jennifer), Kaylynn Bale, Stephen Bale and Dylan Parker; his great grandchildren, Sawyer Clapper and Beckett Clapper; his close friend Carole Ebersole Denham of Hummelstown; and his siblings, Lawrence E. Peters of Hummelstown, Beverly Miller (James) of Ono and Millie Singer (John) of Freemont, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
