He was predeceased by: his father Gilbert E. Foltz; and his brother Gilbert E. Foltz, Jr. (Richard). He is survived by: his mother Adda E. McCrone Foltz; his wife June N. Smeltzer Foltz; his children, Barry A. Foltz (Susan Gilmartin Foltz) of Harrisburg, Jeffrey L. Foltz of Carson City, NV and Barbara A. Yeager of Downingtown, PA; and his grandchildren, Allison Gale, Dana Foltz, Heather Foltz, Caitlin Foltz, Caralie Roisum, Rochelle Roemen, Kimberly of Washington, Kyle Yeager and Veronica Yeager. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
