He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel W. Hein and Rosie M. Zuna Hein; his wife Janet Carl Hein; and his sister Doris M. Smith. He is survived by: his sisters, Terry A. Hein of Hummelstown and Judy E. Miller (William E.) of Hershey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
