He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwood V. Lutz and Grace Rutter Lutz; and his sister Nadine K. Lutz Miller. He is survived by: his wife Kerrin Marie Scott Lutz; his children, Randy L. Lutz, II (Laura) of Dillsburg, Ryan M. Lutz (Carla) of Clayton, NC, Chad T. Lutz (Kyra) of Palmyra and Joseph A. Scerbo (Janelle) of Annville; his grandchildren, Bailey, Judah, Addison, Aisley, Avri, Mason, Sienna, Liliana, Harper and Evelyn; and his brother Stewart D. Lutz (Linda J.). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
