He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Marks and Hilda Marks; and his brother Kendall Marks. He is survived by: his spouses, Dawn M. Marks (Neiswender) and Chris; his children, Eric Marks and Allison Coccia; his brother-in-law Daryl (Peggy Neiswender); his nephew Ryan; and his niece Lauren (Neiswender).

Because the church was one of Randy's greatest joys, the family requests in lieu of flowers memorial gifts can be made in his honor to GracePoint's Building Fund, at PO Box 269, Palmyra, PA 17078.
