He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Weaver and Tracy Funkhouser Weaver; his siblings, Herbert Weaver and Thelma Weaver; and his daughter-in-law Melissa S. Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Judith M. Kolaric Weaver; his sons, Stevan A. Weaver of Hummelstown, Christopher M. Weaver of Hummelstown and Matthew S. Weaver of Hummelstown; his grandchildren, Marie Weaver (Christopher Williamson) and Scott Weaver; and his daughter-in-law Alessa Singer.
