He is survived by: his daughters, Christina Leonard of Seattle and Sarah Leonard of Tirana, Albania; and his siblings, James Leonard (Barbara Smith), Tom Leonard (Julie Mohler), Jeannie Schiavo, Patrick Leonard (Tonya) and Mike Leonard (Diane).
