He was predeceased by: his wife Susan M. Bricker Starliper; and his brother George Starliper. He is survived by: his son Jonathan M. Starliper of Hummelstown; and his sister Susan Shaeffer (Clayton E. Jr.). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
