He was predeceased by: his parents, Sheila Mack Collins and John J. Hoffner, Sr. (Rhoda Hancock Hoffner); his brothers, Michael C. Hoffner and James R. Hoffner; and his close friends, Cole and Cooper.
He is survived by: his wife Laura A. Hernandez-Hoffner; his stepdaughter Amanda Hernandez (Adam Vega) of Mount Joy; his siblings, John J. Hoffner, Jr. (Sonya) of Palmyra, Patrick J. Hoffner (Lori) of Middletown and Sherri L. Wagner (Charles) of Mt. Union; and his stepsiblings, Rodney W. Mozingo (Heather) of Hummelstown and Debra K. Batula (Stephen) of Elizabethtown. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
