She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Agresto and Jennie Agresto (Olivetto); her husband Joseph J. O'Connell; her son Frank O'Connell; and her sister Assunta Agresto.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph P. O'Connell (Silvia) of Palmyra, John K. O'Connell (Karen) of Mt. Joy, Michael S. O'Connell (Sandie) of Hershey, Patricia Jones of York Haven and Nancy Keller of Hummelstown; her daughter-in-law Lisa O'Connell of Harrisburg; her grandchildren, Melissa Gorecki (Jeremy), Michelle O'Connell, Kristen O'Connell, Heather O'Connell, Kyra O'Connell, Ashley Redinger (Brad), Aleisha Schiavoni (Tommy), Shanitta Gutt (Jon), Cheyenne Jones (Kendrell Ervin), Amanda Repa (Brian), Samantha Keller, Mariah Keller, Jared O'Connell (Anika), John Patrick O'Connell (Savanna Sexton) and Brandon O'Connell; and her siblings, Patrick Agresto (Abbie), Carmen Agresto (Renee) and Theresa Corrado. She is also survived by fourteen nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to her church at 359 West Areba Avenue, Hershey PA 17033.
