She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Byrnes and Helen Byrnes; her niece Lynn; her nephew Mark; and her sister Nancy Mullin.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Knackstedt; her children, Lori (Marek) of Gainesville, FL, Steve of Hummelstown, PA and Paul (Ana-Maria) of Blacksburg, VA.; and her grandchildren, Ema, Eliza, Andrew and Alex.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home (114 W Main St, Hummelstown, PA 17036). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Trefz and Bowser Funeral Home (114 W Main St, Hummelstown, PA 17036). A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Resurrection Cemetery (16 S Oak Grove Rd, West Hanover Township, PA 17112).
