Soutner of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond G. Lehigh and Emmaline Conrad Lehigh; her husband George Christopher Soutner; her son George Raymond "Bud" Soutner; and her siblings, Charles, Raymond, Gary, Patricia Talton, Betty Zipp, Joy Hinkle, Anna Smeltz and Jeanne Jorich.
She is survived by: her son Joseph B. Soutner (Celeste Port) of Elizabethtown; her friend Joey Kehoe of Hummelstown; her grandsons, Christopher and Alexander; her stepgrandchildren, Skyler, Nicholas, Noah and Benjamin; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Andrea, Klyde, Westie and Peyton. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
