He is survived by: his wife Anita Michelle Guerdan Samples; his children, Lori Kreider, Denise Ajala and Eric Samples (Cindy); his grandchildren, Kayla, Kristen Ajala, Liam and Marshall Samples; his brother Steven Samples (Carol); his nephews, Steven and Andrew (Julie); and his pet Sammie.
Larry's wishes were that his body be donated for the advancement of healthcare education.
