He is survived by: his siblings, Richard A. Smith of Rutherford Heights, Eileen V. Ascani of Linglestown, Leah A. Henry of Dillsburg, Mary E. Smith of Rutherford Heights and Linda L. Gilbert of Hummelstown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
