He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel E. Whisler and Louise Hummel Whisler. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Timothy R. Whisler (Susan) of Chest Springs, Kendra Lynn Rankin (Jon) of Hershey and Kyle A. Whisler (Lisa) of East Berlin; his grandsons, Braden and Cameron Whisler; and his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Ashley Rankin of York and Holly Gassert (Rankin) of Mt Wolf. He is also survived by 6 step-great-grandchildren.
The family prefers any memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
