He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Henry and Margaret E. Hulstine Hoover; and his wife Sue. He is survived by: his brother Charles; his children, Kenneth R. Hoover, Jr. (Dixie) of Lebanon, Michael A. Hoover (Cindy) of Elizabethtown and Cathy S. Kidd of Huntingdon; and his brothers, Dale E. Hoover of Burlington, NC, Donald Hoover (Jane) of Tilton, NH, Dennis Hoover (Sue) of Landisville, Galen Hoover (Jonni), Mountville and Terry Hoover (Susan) of Middletown. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
