She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Wesley Fulton and Bonnie Fulton (Pursifull); her husband Stephen "Steve" Small; her sons, Corey M. Small (Tony Burgio) of Charlotte, NC and Aaron W. Small of Lexington, NC; and her siblings, Steven E. Fulton (Deborah) of Middletown and Debra A. Boucher (Ronald) of Bethlehem, CT. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
