Joshua David Derry Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joshua David Derry of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 31, 2024, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joshua David may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joshua David touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sharon Kay Derry (Thompson) and Gary E. Derry (Linda J.); his significant other Katrina E. Rivera of Hummelstown; his siblings, Daniel Paul "Dan" Derry of Pennsburg, PA, Shauna Rae Derry of Souderton, PA and Devyn Elizabeth Derry of Perkasie; and his uncle Joe R. Thompson of Perkasie. He was also cherished by many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Suess-Gahman Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc. (606 Arch St, Perkasie, PA 18944). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the Whitemarsh Memorial Park (1169 Limekiln Pike, Ambler, PA 19002).
