He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brooks Sutliff and Ruth Sutliff (Brewington). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Sutliff (Lynch); his sister Ann Ganshaw; his niece Jennifer Maher; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Lynch, Maureen Lynch, Patrick Lynch and Michael Lynch.
