He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Brinser and Jerelene Swineford Brinser; and his nephew Ricky Witmer. He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Balla Brinser; his children, David M. Brinser (Meghan) of Hummelstown and Susan M. Becker of Harrisburg; his grandchildren, Collin, Liam and Quinn; his sisters, Joanne Brinser of Middletown and Jane Witmer (Richard) of Middletown; his niece Carol Witmer; and his son-in-law Robbie Becker.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 210 West Main Street, Hummelstown, PA 17036, or to Hospice of Central Pennsylvania, 1320 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
