She was predeceased by: her father George Edward Hevel. She is survived by: her daughter Heather "Boobsie" Jo Richwine (Ron G. Richwine, Jr.) of Mechanicsburg; her grandson Ronnie "Stink" G. Richwine, III (Keila King) of Mechanicsburg; and her great grandchild Jaiden G. Richwine. She is also survived by her two brothers; and her three sisters.

While JoAnn's family will not be accepting flowers, memorial contributions in celebration of JoAnn's life can be made to a cancer charity of the donor's choice.
