He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Van Dunk Meglio. He is survived by: his wife Nina M. Arts Socarras Meglio; and his children, Robert F. Todd of Graham, NC, Steven Todd (Lori) of Franklin, NJ, Kenneth Todd (Diane) of Franklin, NJ, Dolores Shabrack of Graham, NC, Charlene Paduani (Jose) of Haledon, NJ and Lisa M. Endean of Milford, PA. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
