He is survived by: his parents, James and Donna Russell, Jr. (Bachle); his wife Lori J. Russell (Boyer); his children, Emily R. and Jacob H. Russell of Lancaster; his stepson Cody R. Johnston (Jessie) of Milton; his grandson Brickson W. Johnston of Milton; his brothers, James Russell, III (Tammy) of Hughesville and Joseph D. Russell (Stacey) of Muncy; and his pet Riley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
