He was predeceased by: his parents, James G., Sr. and Esther Boris Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Angela K. Heisey Johnston; his children, Jimmy Joe Johnston (Kayla) of Pine Grove, Kelly Gardecki (Kevin) of Gordon, Deborah Carmona-Diaz (Derek) of Tucson, AZ and Andrew Cummings, Jr.; and his siblings, Barb Johnston, Debbie Johnston, Clare Darker (Ed), Sandy Moore (Tom) and Kevin Johnston. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Inc., 114 West Main Street, Hummelstown, PA 17036 to help offset the costs of the expenses.
